Should you need to send your Rado to an authorised centre for maintenance or repairs, we will be happy to offer a free shipping service. Simply fill out the form below and we will send you high-quality watch packaging with pre-paid postage. Please complete the form included with the packaging and return it along with your Rado watch. Then you can simply lodge the package at your local Australia Post office and request a shipping receipt. Please note that the package is only insured for one watch.

The service is available for individual owners of a Rado watch and not to service centres sending watches on behalf of a customer.
