Specifications

Rado’s new limited edition watch launched in partnership with the England and Wales Cricket Board showcases its innovative R808 movement, which is equipped with an anti-magnetic and highly reliable NivachronTM hairspring, that has been fully tested in five positions and provides up to 80 hours of power reserve. The watch features a circular brushed navy blue coloured PVD-coated titanium case back fitted with a sapphire crystal. A special engraving on the case back includes the words “LIMITED EDITION, No. XXX/150”, a confirmation of the series size. On the sapphire crystal case back are the specially metallised words, “Official Timing Partner”, along with the ECB logo. The matt navy blue-high-tech ceramic monobloc case is framed by a white high-tech ceramic bezel insert which matches perfectly to the watch. Inside the rotatable bezel, silver metalized markers and triangle add contrast, next to the box-shaped sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both faces. The dial itself clear and spartan, with hands treated with white Super-LumiNova® to enhance readability in low-light conditions. Thanks to a matching navy blue rubber strap and the high-tech ceramic buckle cover, this new Captain Cook shows its sporty side.
