Pre-Order Terms & Conditions – RADO

Pre-order process / early access 

3.9 We may from time to time offer you, or a specific group of customers, such as those on our mailing lists, the option to pre-order or register your interest for a specific product (“Pre-Order”/early access) under the terms set out below. 

3.10 We may at our sole discretion decide for which product the Pre-Order option may apply (“Pre-Order Product”).

3.11 In case you wish to benefit from early access/Pre-order, you are able to register your interest from the landing page: https://www.rado.com/en_gb/ecb-watch-reservation.html. You will be required to register your interest and fill the form to get an early access to the Product in question. Landing page will only be accessible for a limited period of time. After such period, the early access/Pre-order Product will become available to all customers on our website. 

3.12  The Pre-Order Product is only available in limited quantities or available during a limited time. You acknowledge that we may not be able to fulfil your Pre-Order due to limited quantities or the offer being limited in time.

3.13 The Pre-Order option is limited to one (1) Pre-Order Product per Pre-Order and shall be separate from any other product purchase.

3.14 Your Pre-Order constitutes an offer to purchase under normal conditions of sale.

3.15 Rado will send you an email notification when the product us available to be purchased and with the link available in the email you will be able to purchase the product before it is publicly available.

3.16 In order to be able to purchase the product, the full price (including VAT, and shipping cost if any) indicated on the checkout webpage must be paid immediately.

3.17 You will receive from us an automated acknowledgement of receipt of your online order.

3.18 We will confirm acceptance of your offer to purchase in a separate communication, by sending you order confirmation by email and this will constitute a binding contract between you and us.

3.19 The full upfront payment does not entitle you to any kind of discount or interest.

3.20 In case of cancellation by either party in accordance with these conditions of sale, the amount paid will be refunded to you.

3.21 In case we cancel your order in accordance with these conditions of sale, and to the extent permitted by law, you will not be entitled to any compensation or remedies, except to the refund of the order costs.
